Dang.  This is getting good.

Except the “More raids for you raiders than ever!” part.

But, anyway, I’ve got a cursed Worgen to get to level 85!

I just need 2 more character slots!

And pack your elves, the waters are going to change some things.

Yep, Cataclysm is sounding pretty good, but I too felt a sinking feeling about the note that there will be more raid content than ever before. That’s great for raiders, but not for me.

I’m also a little disappointed that we can never visit the old Azeroth again once the Cataclysm hits. On the one hand, I never have to grind through the same content that I’ve experience a dozen times before. On the other hand, that’s a whole lot of memories that can never be revisited the same way again.

Yeah. “You can’t go home again,” will be true. The destruction of Auberdine means a completely new Night Elf 12-18 questing area will be required. Or they’re going to consolidate the questing into narrower bands than they have now.

On one hand I’m excited that so much will be new, coupled with the amazement that I know so much of it in a previous guise, on the other hand, it’s kind of nice to occasionally revisit the old homestead, the mobs, once so dangerous, pacified into near non-existence by the level difference.
